Our services

Strengths Coaching

Our research-based one on one Coaching Program supports you to grow and maximise your full potential.

The program broadens your awareness to take control of your environment and navigate life and work. Our goal is to support you in achieving your goals by helping you recognise and utilise the strengths you already have.

We will objectively help you overcome your weaknesses and identify obstacles in the goals you want to pursue and design an action plan for moving forward.

The coaching program consists of framing your goals around the five stages of change.

Pre-contemplation

You are not aware of the fact you need or want a change in your life.

Contemplation

You are lost in thought that you need to change but think about what the negative and positive outcome would look and feel like and avoid the change. This is when you engage with me as your personal coach!​

Preparation​

You are unable or unwilling to make a change, but know you would like your situation to change.

Action

Now you are moving forward, changing your environment, thoughts, behaviours, and life outlook. You may feel discomfort and want to go back to your old habits.​

Maintenance

Change has occurred and you are able to see positive outcomes of your new actions. You are aware that it still takes work to maintain the new life.

Job Crafting Coaching

The Job Crafting Coaching program will help you find a way to bring joy, energy and meaning to what you do, without having to quit your job. During the coaching sessions you will align your strengths and passions to find meaning and purpose and reframe your work at a social, cognitive and physical level to foster engagement and job satisfaction.

In the Coaching sessions we will review job descriptions, current work-life balance, your skills and experience at the same time you craft your job to reflect your strengths and interests.

Workshops

 We guide teams to align individual strengths with organisational values to boost motivation and effective performance caring for self and others.

In this program you will learn how to seek own resources, find challenges and reduce job demands to maintain high levels of motivation at work with simple and practical strategies that will make you more flexible, productive and happy.

In this workshop you will understand the motivation continuum by developing your strengths, agency, social interactions and wellbeing approach to improving your attitude, coping mechanisms and motivation at work.  

Using a range of Positive Psychology and Systems Thinking Frameworks to develop or reinvigorate your mind for growth, this practical workshop will  help you take control of an optimal wellbeing for self, others and nature. You will learn to identify the conditions around you and the agency to be aware of what wellbeing is and how to live a thriving life.

I will guide you to notice, feel, empathise, connect and act on when faced with adversity to regain or boost your wellbeing.

Mindfulness and breathing techniques are included.

Consultancy

Wellbeing for Growth will work with your organisation to design a bespoke change program underpinned by Positive Psychology, organisational design, capability development and lifelong learning to change employee’s behaviours.

Training

Wellbeing for Growth delivers programs that enable discovery, link old and new knowledge, develop awareness of behaviours, emotions and biases with real workplace situations.

Our programs support participants to act, apply and reflect on learning strategies. These mechanisms come to life by experimenting with the five senses through play, role-playing and coaching.

 By the end of the workshops participants will debrief and collect group insights, creating action plans for immediate use.

Coaching

Using a Strengths-Based Coaching approach to develop positive and meaningful conversations to learn, grow and unleash human agency.
